Seasonal Yoga combines Yoga, Tai Chi and Chi Kung. A practice designed to improve physical strength and flexibility to bring balance and harmony to your life.
Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts are the essence of this practice allowing us to witness, mirror and embody the changing energies of nature within the Seasons.​

Guided from movement into a deeply restorative hour-long sound journey with the healing quartz crystal singing bowls, Koshi Chimes, Medicine Drum and more. Allow the frequencies and resonance of the sounds offer you a place to rest while your energy and physical bodies receive healing.

The Autumn Yoga & Sound Session
The experience will feel similar to a vinyasa flow class, within which traditional Hatha Postures (asanas), Breath Work (pranayama), Meditation practices and Yoga Nidra are adapted to mirror the energy of the season. The practice is taught to music allowing movements to flow gracefully from posture to posture.
During Autumn we work with the Metal Element to gather our energy inwards. Our conscious movement will nourish the meridians of the Lung & Large Intestine with the focus on the breath to release, letting go of what no longer serves.
The Winter Yoga & Sound Session
Our Winter yoga practice teaches us the importance of stillness, to allow an opportunity to honour the Yin energy for restoration and renewal. During Winter our conscious movement works with the Water Element to move stagnation and replenish the energy within the Kidney and Bladder meridians.
