Join Jessika for an exquisitely restorative evening of healing meditation and sound in the serene Miracles Room, nestled in the heart of Glastonbury. Held within this tranquil and energetically rich setting, this intimate gathering offers a refined space to pause, recalibrate and reconnect. Drawing on Glastonbury’s long-standing spiritual heritage, the evening is designed as a deeply immersive journey into stillness, balance and renewal. The session begins at 7:00pm and concludes promptly at 8:30pm. Your evening includes: Guided Healing Meditation The experience opens with a gentle, grounding meditation to quiet the mind and centre the body. Through guided visualisation and breath awareness, you will be invited into a state of deep presence, preparing you to fully receive the restorative qualities of sound. Immersive Sound Bath You will then be enveloped in the therapeutic vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and other sacred instruments. These carefully layered frequencies work harmoniously to soothe the nervous system, release held tension, rebalance emotional energy and support the body’s natural healing processes. The result is a profound sense of calm, clarity and inner alignment.
