Reiki Session in Glastonbury

Service Description

Reiki works deeply on various levels; spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. It is a totally natural and holistic treatment, the energy works by going directly to where the problem lies within the mind or body. This private reiki session is held in Glastonbury. Jessika works with reiki with the energy body - the chakra system. Your treatment will consist of varying numbers of hand positions starting at the head and ending at the feet, channeling the reiki to bring your mind, body and soul back into alignment. Reiki is performed fully clothed and this is a hands on session, if you would prefer it to be hands off , please let Jessika know. You can still receive the reiki healing however it is much stronger with the physical contact. Jessika works intuitively, receiving any messages that may be asking to be translated to you. She will provide some time to go through this at the end of your session. Reiki can be deeply relaxing and restorative, benefits include creating a profound sense of sense of relaxation, peace and contentment, particularly after periods of stress or emotional difficulty. Many people leave a reiki session feeling calm and feeling more in alignment within themselves. Reiki may help with anxiety, depression and insomnia.
