This sound bath is for attendees of the Tourism Event held by The Middlewick on the 21st May - please only book on if you are invited to join this event. Come and discover a new level of restoration, rejuvenation, and spiritual growth with the an immersive Crystal Frequency Sound Bath. Jessika uses crystal singing bowls, crystal alchemy bowls, chimes, drums, and rain stick Please bring with you a blanket and a pillow for maximum comfort. Lots of water is a must - before, during and after. Sound healing is not suitable for women in the first trimester of pregnancy. It is also not suitable for anyone suffering from acute mental health crisis or who have may experienced trauma recently as it can bring up a lot of emotions in the deep healing state. No experience in meditation is needed to benefit from the session
