One wonderful aspect of Distant Reiki is you can be anywhere to receive it and you never have to leave your home. Distance Reiki can be just as effective as experiencing one in person – the Reiki transcends time and space and works regardless of where you are in the world. You can have your session in the comfort of your own home which can often times be more relaxing, cosying up in your pjs in your own bed. Jessika works intuitively, receiving any messages that may be asking to be translated to you. She will email you detailing this at the end of your session. Reiki can be deeply relaxing and restorative, benefits include creating a profound sense of sense of relaxation, peace and contentment, particularly after periods of stress or emotional difficulty. Many people leave a reiki session feeling calm and feeling more in alignment within themselves. Reiki may help with anxiety, depression and insomnia.
