This is a transformative sound bath ceremony inspired by the mystical journey of the Dragonfly—a symbol of metamorphosis, self-discovery, and light.
The dragonfly holds the powerful symbolism of a profound personal transformation.
Beginning its life in water as a nymph, spending months or even years submerged in darkness, growing and shedding its skin multiple times. In Divine Timing, the nymph then emerges from the water, climbing into the light to shed its outer shell one final time.
It transforms into a luminous dragonfly, unfurling its delicate, iridescent wings and taking to the air—a symbol of ascension, freedom, and the emergence of your highest self.
This beautiful process mirrors our own potential for transformation: the courage to face shadow and stillness, the grace to release what no longer serves, and the power to rise into a new state of being.

The Ceremony
The evening begins with the sacred opening of the heart and mind, as we share the alchemy of ceremonial cacao and blue lotus tea. These revered plant allies have been used for centuries to deepen spiritual journeys:
Cacao awakens the heart, creating space for emotional connection and self-love.
Blue Lotus expands awareness, enhancing intuition and spiritual vision.
With these plant spirits as our companions, I'll guide us into a Dragonfly Meditation, a contemplative practice to connect with our own transformative journey.
This leads into the sound bath, where resonant vibrations and healing frequencies form the crystal singing bowls, and other instruments will guide you on a deep journey of healing sound.
The intention of the evening is to allow the frequencies to guide you through the dragonfly’s cycle of transformation—dissolving layers, inviting stillness, and emerging into 2025 with more lightness, clarity, and renewal.
